Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Develop deep product knowledge of fitness equipment, supplements, and accessories
- Provide personalized fitness solutions to customers based on their needs and goals
- Manage customer relationships through follow-ups and after-sales service
- Collaborate with store team to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Contribute to store sales reports and performance analysis
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy for sales systems
- Positive attitude with customer-centric approach
