As a key representative of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring our high-quality products reach new customers.

In this role, you will act as an Accounts Opening Specialist, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives within the Rizal region. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and onboard new retail accounts to expand the company's distribution footprint.
  • Execute daily sales visits to existing and prospective clients within the assigned GMA territory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential business partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, account management, or FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Rizal/Calabarzon area.
