- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present product information and solutions to meet customer needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive activities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of the retail and consumer products industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
