- Greet customers warmly and provide professional product demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to store performance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fitness solutions and memberships.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash with care.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Enthusiastic personality with a proactive sales mindset and ability to close deals.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate retail point-of-sale systems.
