Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to build long-term client relationships.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend jewellery pieces that match their style and budget.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect our luxury brand identity.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Educate customers on the quality, history, and craftsmanship of our jewellery collections.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service requests with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end fashion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Polished professional appearance and a warm, service-oriented personality.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
