Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of fitness equipment, apparel, and accessories through personalized customer consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Execute product demonstrations and educate customers on features, benefits, and usage
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of store presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new offerings
Kualifikasi
- Sales experience in retail, fitness, or consumer products preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong product aptitude and willingness to learn about fitness equipment and apparel
- Proven ability to work in target-driven environments with KPIs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude in high-traffic mall setting
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin beneficial
