Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present tailored Apple product and service solutions.
- Drive sales by demonstrating product features, benefits, and the value of Apple's ecosystem.
- Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest Apple innovations and launches.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and inventory management.
- Build a loyal customer base through exceptional follow-up and relationship management.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate or associate degree holder (any field).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- Must be willing to work in Newpoint Mall, Angeles City.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for technology and the Apple brand is a must.
