Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building partnerships and expanding market reach? Multi-M Food is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in North Central Luzon. As an Accounts Opening Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with retailers, and driving product distribution across the region.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growth strategy by ensuring our premium food products are accessible to our target markets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and onboard new retail accounts and distribution partners within the North Central Luzon territory.
  • Conduct regular site visits to existing clients to ensure product visibility, shelf placement, and stock availability.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly sales volume targets.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential business partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
  • Manage the end-to-end account opening process, from initial prospecting to contract signing and first delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and territory performance reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, trade marketing, or account management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a specific territory.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within North Central Luzon.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Residency within or close proximity to Nueva Ecija is highly preferred.
