Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicle units.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service from the initial inquiry through to the final sale and after-sales follow-up.
- Prepare accurate sales contracts, handle all necessary documentation, and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all vehicle models available in the showroom.
- Follow up with warm leads and potential customers to convert inquiries into sales appointments.
- Ensure the showroom and all display vehicles are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or Diploma in any field.
- Valid driving license (Class 3B or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail is a distinct advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of CRM software or sales management systems.
