Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in clients and shoppers at Queensbay Mall.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of fitness equipment and memberships to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions professionally.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic merchandising tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education (Diploma holders are preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales consultation is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for the fitness industry.
- Valid Malaysian identification or passport.
