Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of building materials through effective customer consultation and product demonstration
- Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, quotation preparation, and transaction closure
- Handle administrative tasks including sales report compilation, inventory tracking, and performance analysis
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with store management to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer data in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic reporting software
- Knowledge of building materials industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
