Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrate fitness equipment to potential buyers.
- Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and recommend suitable fitness solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for handling transactions.
- Must be presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
