Tanggung Jawab
- Drive showroom sales through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, and retail clients
- Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing using CRM systems
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics team for stock replenishment
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights to management
- Organize in-store promotions and design workshops for key clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute local trade events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales or showroom consulting
- Strong knowledge of ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, or home construction materials
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with willingness for occasional inter-city travel
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Professional appearance and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
