Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized consultations on tile selection, materials, colors, and installation techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with design teams to provide tile solutions for architectural projects
- Stay updated on product innovations and industry trends
- Participate in showroom events and promotional activities
- Prepare sales proposals and maintain accurate client documentation
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and tile products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Basic proficiency in design software or visualization tools
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
