- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and information on fitness equipment and accessories.
- Engage with customers to understand their specific fitness needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Assist with store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor to uphold the brand’s professional image.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
