Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers entering the Suria Sabah Shopping Mall store with a positive attitude.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and detailed explanations of fitness equipment features.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their specific fitness goals and budgets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell add-on products and services to maximize sales revenue.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment with a smile.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights during product setup.
