Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal
- Maintain accurate sales databases and documentation systems
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely contract execution
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms and SLAs
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance metrics
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
- Streamline administrative processes for sales operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 2+ years experience in sales administration or contract management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
