Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in coordinating daily sales activities and managing incoming customer inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, contracts, and necessary documentation.
- Support the sales team with data entry, updating CRM systems, and tracking sales leads.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure project timelines are met.
- Handle administrative tasks related to order processing, inventory tracking, and filing.
- Organize sales meetings and manage correspondence on behalf of the sales department.
- Monitor sales targets and provide regular feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
