As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the central hub of the sales department. You will provide essential administrative and logistical support to our field sales team, ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales representatives, warehousing, and finance departments. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end order processing cycle, coordinating sales schedules and meetings, handling client inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and generating regular sales performance reports for management review. You will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our Customer Relationship Management system.

To succeed in this role, you must be a master of organization with a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino, and have a strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and support the daily administrative and operational activities of the sales team across the South Area (Cavite, Batangas) and Rizal.
  • Process and manage sales orders accurately, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery coordination with warehousing and logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex matters to the Sales Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data, sales activities, and communication logs.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales meetings, events, and product presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations for clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or similar support role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
