Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage sales documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records with high accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse departments to track order status and delivery schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance presentations for management.
- Support the team in organizing and coordinating sales meetings and client appointments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
