As a Sales Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between our sales representatives and our administrative functions. You will play a critical role in document preparation, client communication, and process improvement. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical aptitude to manage sales databases and reporting tools effectively. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit technical bidding documents and proposals accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales records to ensure data integrity.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate efficient order processing and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in documentation.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry bidding processes is a strong advantage.
