Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end sales administration process, ensuring accurate order processing and documentation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations to meet delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and account status updates for management review.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to ensure data integrity.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation research and proposal preparation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
