Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya. In this vital role, you will act as the bridge between our sales force and our clients, ensuring that every promise made during the sales process is fulfilled with precision.

You will be responsible for the seamless execution of after-sales services, managing the end-to-end fulfillment process for advertisements and media projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating cross-functional workflows to drive client satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment of advertising campaigns and media deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Manage the scheduling and delivery timelines for all promised project items.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular status updates to both sales teams and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system regarding project fulfillment status.
  • Liaise with internal departments (creative, editorial, and production) to resolve any delivery bottlenecks.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards before reaching the client.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a high level of professional integrity.
