This critical 2-year contract position empowers our Sales Team to deliver exceptional client experiences through meticulous event management and operational excellence. You'll orchestrate seamless pre and post-event logistics, including venue setup, catering coordination, and F&B arrangements, ensuring every client visit and internal meeting exceeds expectations. Beyond event coordination, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support, prepare sales collateral, manage vendor relationships, and maintain critical documentation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics for client visits and internal meetings, including venue setup, catering, and F&B arrangements
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, including document preparation and scheduling
  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event materials
  • Prepare and distribute sales collateral, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Maintain accurate records of events, expenses, and client interactions

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
