Tanggung Jawab
- Support the sales team with comprehensive administrative tasks and accurate data management.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, internal presentations, and team workshops.
- Prepare professional sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assist in organizing company events and promotional activities.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
