Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales documentation, including the preparation and issuance of accurate quotations and invoices.
  • Process customer orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring pricing data and customer records are consistently current.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and phone, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Generate and circulate regular sales reports to assist management in tracking performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in orders or documentation.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in sales administration, office support, or a coordination role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
