Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth communication between sales team and other departments
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights for decision-making
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure product availability
- Assist in training new sales staff and providing ongoing support to the sales team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
