Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the sales counter
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Upsell products and promotional items to maximize sales
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth retail operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
