Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service from the moment they enter the store.
- Assist customers in selecting products, explaining features, and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments with strict attention to detail and security.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales counter and surrounding areas, ensuring the store looks organized and inviting.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Restock merchandise and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the store management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the garment or fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards that align with the brand image.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
