Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized eyewear consultations to customers based on their visual needs and style preferences
- Conduct accurate vision screenings and frame measurements
- Manage sales transactions and payment processing efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory and display of optical products
- Actively promote new collections, promotions, and value-added services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Collaborate with optometrists and store team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; optometry certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of optical products and vision care
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
