Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the sales counter
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment methods securely
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate POS systems and maintain transaction records
- Support promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives
- Ensure sales counter area remains clean and organized
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
