- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed daily or weekly sales targets through persuasive communication and brand advocacy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront or service environment.
- Process transactions accurately and handle point-of-sale systems with efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions to stay updated on brand offerings.
- Report customer feedback to management to help improve service delivery and product presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; no prior retail experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino/Hiligaynon.
