Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dive centers across Bali
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote company products/services
- Provide on-site support to dive centers for operational and service-related inquiries
- Conduct regular field visits to assess partner needs and satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with sales team to develop tailored solutions for dive center partners
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback
- Organize product training sessions for dive center staff
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or field-based roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Bali's tourism industry and dive centers preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
