Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales operations and data integrity? Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is seeking a Sales Data Administration Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales division by maintaining accurate datasets, generating performance reports, and streamlining administrative processes.

While this role currently offers a Work from Home setup, we are prioritizing candidates residing in or near Taguig, Makati, and Pasig to ensure future operational alignment. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between raw sales data and actionable business insights, ensuring our leadership team has the information needed to drive growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update sales databases with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for management.
  • Audit data entries to identify and resolve discrepancies or gaps.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline administrative workflows and data collection.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against regional sales goals.
  • Manage customer data records within the CRM to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Provide administrative support for sales operations projects as assigned.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Data Analyst, or in a similar office support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a WFH setting.
  • Residency in or near Taguig, Makati, or Pasig is highly preferred for future operational requirements.
