In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our commercial decision-making process. You will be responsible for aggregating sales data, identifying market trends, and delivering clear, actionable reports that empower our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical data extraction and executive strategy, ensuring that our sales operations are optimized for maximum efficiency and profitability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and validate sales data from various internal systems and CRM platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track sales KPIs and regional performance metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales trends to identify growth opportunities and potential revenue risks.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management to guide business decision-making.
- Monitor market demand and competitor activity to assist in accurate sales forecasting.
- Ensure high data integrity through rigorous auditing and process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with SQL or database management software is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
