Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized design consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate furniture and decor solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with design teams to provide comprehensive interior solutions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, design trends, and promotional activities
- Maintain premium presentation of the sales floor and product displays
- Process sales transactions accurately and provide after-sales support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in furniture, interior design, or premium retail
- Strong passion for interior design, furniture, and home aesthetics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a target-driven environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
