Happy Pet Indonesia is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic team. We specialize in the high-growth pet food industry, dedicated to providing premium nutrition for dogs and cats. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth and expanding our market footprint across the Jabodetabek region.

You will act as the primary point of contact for our retail partners, building lasting relationships and ensuring our pet food products are prominently displayed and available to pet owners. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to contribute to a brand that truly cares about animal welfare and quality nutrition.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the retail sector, including supermarkets, pet shops, and convenience stores in the Jabodetabek area.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, merchandising standards, and stock availability.
  • Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to retail managers to drive product adoption.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the pet food sector to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns and in-store events.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG or Retail industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid SIM A driver’s license is required for frequent field visits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a designated sales territory effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with the pet industry or a genuine passion for animal care is a significant advantage.
