Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and niche markets.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure high ROI across all promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, monitor pipelines, and provide actionable reporting to executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and digital marketing management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into successful commercial strategies.
- Proven capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious growth targets.
