Tanggung Jawab
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products safely and efficiently across Kuta and surrounding areas
- Actively promote and sell company products to customers during delivery interactions
- Identify and recruit potential drivers through networking and outreach activities
- Onboard new drivers through training and mentorship programs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and sales performance metrics
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly acquisition targets
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in optimal condition for daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets
- Strong knowledge of Kuta, Bali's roads and local geography
- Basic proficiency in mobile technology for reporting and navigation
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
