Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver Yakult products to retail outlets and customers in the assigned area on schedule.
- Promote and sell Yakult products, achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and report product availability to supervisors.
- Collect payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good condition and comply with safety regulations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, any major.
- Valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) and good driving record.
- Previous experience in sales or driving is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be based in Madiun and travel within the area.
- Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.
