As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we need an organized individual who can manage the bridge between administrative excellence and online sales performance.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that our storefronts are optimized, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and sales data is accurately maintained. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily e-commerce store operations, including product listing updates, inventory checks, and price monitoring.
  • Process incoming sales orders efficiently and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely fulfillment.
  • Manage customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales performance reports and provide insights to the management team to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions, returns, and customer databases.
  • Identify and resolve platform-specific technical issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, sales support, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platform backends (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
