Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily e-commerce store operations, including product listing updates, inventory checks, and price monitoring.
- Process incoming sales orders efficiently and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely fulfillment.
- Manage customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance reports and provide insights to the management team to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to support promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions, returns, and customer databases.
- Identify and resolve platform-specific technical issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, sales support, or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platform backends (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
