Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize online sales channels including websites and marketplaces
- Process orders, coordinate fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional support
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Update product listings, promotional content, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Assist in inventory management for e-commerce products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in e-commerce or sales administration
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools
