We are looking for a motivated Sales EDC Specialist to join our team in East Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our merchant base by introducing our seamless EDC (Electronic Data Capture) solutions to local businesses.
You will be the face of BukuWarung in the region, helping merchants optimize their point-of-sale transactions and streamline their cash flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new merchant clients by actively promoting and selling BukuWarungâs EDC services and merchant solutions.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training to educate merchants on how to use EDC terminals effectively.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot EDC hardware and software to ensure seamless operations for merchants.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance to ensure high merchant satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor daily sales targets and performance metrics to ensure regional goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local business owners and community leaders.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide feedback on market trends to the sales team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in any field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, retail operations, or cash handling is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (East Kotawaringin).
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is preferred.
