We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Educational Consultant to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this hybrid role, you will act as the face of our education programs, bridging the gap between potential students and their learning goals. You will utilize your persuasive communication skills to sell our premium English courses, manage student inquiries, and build lasting relationships that drive our business forward.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial cold calls and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring student retention. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing calls to identify and qualify potential student leads.
- Perform needs analysis for prospective students and recommend the most suitable English courses based on their goals.
- Negotiate course fees and payment plans to close sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Follow up diligently with warm leads and inquiries to convert interest into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and confident tone.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or the education industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily and monthly KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Resilient, motivated, and target-oriented attitude.
