Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately encode and process daily sales transactions from mall tenants into the sales system
- Verify and reconcile sales data to ensure consistency with physical receipts and reports
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly sales reports for mall management and tenant communications
- Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies in sales entries
- Collaborate with sales teams to capture and document promotional sales activities
- Ensure compliance with company data security protocols and confidentiality standards
- Assist in system testing and process improvements for sales data management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate; college education preferred
- 6 months to 1 year experience in data entry, encoding, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data processing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Willingness to work on-site at SM City Butuan mall location
- Basic knowledge of retail sales terminology is advantageous
