In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our advanced technical products and our clients' specific industrial needs. You will be responsible for providing expert technical consultation, demonstrating product value, and driving business growth in the Banten region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector in Cilegon.
  • Provide comprehensive technical consultations to clients to ensure proper product application.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide customized solutions based on specific client requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discovery to closing and after-sales support.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum vocational degree (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in technical sales, field engineering, or industrial B2B sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple business solutions.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in computer software (MS Office, CRM tools) and ability to read technical drawings.
