Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with Business Development Managers to identify new sales leads and project opportunities.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents in alignment with client specifications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to the management team.
- Assist in the site assessment and project planning phases to ensure solution feasibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales, technical support, or project coordination role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding project specifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the Penang/Northern region as required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
