Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients in the Cikarang region.
- Perform routine technical maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical consultation to resolve client challenges efficiently.
- Conduct professional field visits and present technical findings to stakeholders.
- Generate detailed, structured reports on field visits and equipment status for internal management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical input on product requirements and client proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technical specifications of our product range.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Field Service, or technical support role.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced field environment.
- Proficiency in report writing and basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel locally within the Cikarang and surrounding industrial areas.
