We specialize in providing high-quality spare parts for heavy machinery, supplying new genset units, offering genset rental services, and delivering expert service for heavy equipment and generators. As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our advanced technical products and our clients' specific needs, driving revenue while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can translate complex technical specifications into value propositions that resonate with our diverse clientele. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a growing sector, utilizing your engineering acumen to support sales strategies and build long-term partnerships with clients across the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients regarding genset specifications, heavy machinery capabilities, and spare part applications.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support and engineering teams to provide accurate quotes and customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring smooth contract execution.
- Provide after-sales technical support and training to ensure clients maximize the performance and lifespan of their genset and heavy machinery assets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend sales strategies and product improvements.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and foster loyalty.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role, preferably within the machinery, power generation, or industrial equipment sector.
- In-depth knowledge of genset technology, diesel engines, and heavy machinery components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites and trade shows within Riau.
