Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the engineering and technology sectors to expand the company's market share.
  • Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations, demonstrating the value and functionality of our product suite.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to develop customized solutions that meet specific client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents for prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and qualification to closing the deal and post-sale support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs established by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or a customer-facing engineering role.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred due to client site visits.
  • Fluency in English; ability to speak other local languages is an advantage for client communication.
